Who can I contact you directly?

How can I make suggestion of the brand?
After funding us you will receive an e-mail with the link of the form. This form will be available until the end of campaign. The voting will occur between 1 and 31 October, 2014.
 

How can I choose the charity to donation?
After funding us (one of the packs) you will receive an email with the link for voting. The charity with more votes will receive the donation (only will happen if the campaign reach at least 100% funding).

How do I sign up?
Simple, contribute with one of our plans now and start changing your life sharing this opportunity to your friends.

How many friends can I have?
You can have unlimited friends, that will be in your first generation.

If I fund after any referred funder by me, they will be in my 1st generation?
Unfortunately no. You only will have in your 1st generation, funders after you.

I fund a Plan perk, but not paid the rest during November, 2014. What happens?
Unfortunately we cannot provide the perk.

Can I get a refund for my contribution?
Contributions are not refundable (except if you didn't have our Network). All contributions go toward bringing this company to life. Please see the Indiegogo Terms of Use for more details.

What will be the type of network?
We will operate on the same nationwide 4G Network used by one of the largest carriers in the U.S. and we only can reveal in 1 November, 2014 (at this moment we cannot reveal what would be the carrier with we will work, because of the NDA - Non Disclosure Agreement).

I fund a Plan perk, but if the Carrier with you will work doesn't is available what I can do?
If in your home don't have Network, all Plan values you paid will be refund!

What type of phone will work?
All unlocked GSM Phones or the phones that work in the carrier we will be running (at this moment we cannot reveal what would be the carrier with we will work, because of the NDA - Non Disclosure Agreement).

Can I change and keep my phone number?
Yes it's possible. You only need to request “porting” your number in the activation process. This will be only available in the end of December, 2014 to Indiegogo funders, and after January, 2015 to new clients in that date.

I’m in a contract with other carrier, what can I do?
First you need to know when your contract ends with your carrier. If this occurs before January, 2015 you can change right way and start changing your life funding us. If your contract ends after January, 2015 you need to see what are your benefits in changing to us, not only looking for the price plans, but also looking at the potential earnings.

Can I make International Long  Distance Calls?
Yes you can!

What's the Service Availability conditions?
We will have a Coverage maps, only to approximate the anticipated wireless coverage area outdoors. The Service area, coverage and quality may vary and change without notice depending on a variety of factors including network capacity, terrain and weather. Outages and interruptions in Service may occur, and speed of Service can varies (like the others companies).

How can I pay my service?
You will have three ways to pay it:
     -  Pay through your Credit/Debit Card;
     -  Autopay through your personal account (using your available earnings);
     -  Use gifts coupons generated by other customers.

How will be the Support Service?
We will have Support through our Customer Care Department, by calling or Email.
